Les Cadenières

2km from the city center of St Rémy de Provence, but quiet in a green environment, the gite Les Cadenières is a large farmhouse completely independent with private pool, on 2 hectares of unfenced land. The main access of the house is on the 1st floor (raised ground floor) by an external staircase. Parking on the property. On the main level (1st floor): - 2 entrances: a main entrance to the north and a small south entrance. - large living room of 90 m², 4.6m high ceiling with exposed beams, with 2 dining areas, 4 sofas, 2 leather chairs with footrest, an additional armchair, piano, fireplace, flat screen TV 126cm, DVD player. - 4 bedrooms: a first bedroom with 2 beds 1 person 80x215cm which can be united, a second room with 1 bed 2 people 160x210cm, a third room with 2 beds 90x190cm and a fourth room with 1 bed 140x190cm which has its own bathroom with WC. - kitchen: 3 induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, US fridge, buffet, small dining area. The kitchen opens onto a north side terrace. - small bathroom with shower 100x100cm and washbasin - a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor (accessible from an internal staircase in the living room): fifth bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm. On the ground floor (access via outside only), small independent accommodation with a sixth bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm, bathroom with washing machine, WC, living room with flat screen TV and sofa with pull-out bed, dining area and open kitchen with small refrigerator, 2 burner electric hob and combined microwave oven.
