Come and discover this rental ideally designed for 2 people, located in the owners' secure grounds, in the countryside, unoverlooked, calm and close to the village of Piolenc.

Come and stay in this gite, on the ground floor with reversible air-conditioning, independent and with no direct neighbours, just 50 m from the owners' house. Set in enclosed grounds with electric gates and private parking, the gite has a lovely communal swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth from 1.20m to 3m, open from June to September) secured by a mat, a tennis court, a ping-pong table, a boules court and a spa reserved exclusively for the gîte. only. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area (microwave, pod coffee maker, washing machine), a cosy living room with sofa and TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. with walk-in shower, separate WC, and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200). An umbrella bed can be provided. There's a covered shelter for bikes and motorcycles, and a barbecue and plancha. The setting is ideal for relaxing and discovering the Vaucluse region. Reversible air-conditioning, bed linen, towels, bathrobes and bath towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included for a comfortable stay. An ideal little corner of Provence to recharge your batteries.
