Les Lavandes

The family farm, "Les Grandes Marges", is located near Manosque, about 6 kilometers from the village of Valensole in Haute-Provence. It is located in the Verdon Regional Nature Park, on the famous Lavender Routes at an altitude of 530 meters on the Plateau of Valensole. The estate has a spectacular and varied landscape, characterized by a palette of diverse crops that change color and scent throughout the seasons. In spring, you will be greeted by the sweet scent of almond blossoms dotting the landscape with touches of white. In June, the pink sage blooms, while the Everlasting flower fields display their bright yellow blossoms. The months of June and July offer a view of hills draped in blue with the intense aroma of lavender, bordered by the golden wheat fields. Nature here is true living poetry, offering calm and wonder all year round, stimulating your senses during your stay.
As soon as the warm weather arrives, an outdoor deck, adjacent to the shop opens its doors to relaxation with a selection of artisanal delicacies typical of Provence. It will be our pleasure to introduce you to our large variety of local organic products and the unique production methods.
During the hot days, you can also enjoy the shaded picnic area for a refreshing break. You have the freedom to stroll through the estate, alone or guided, and even treat yourself to a massage with essential oils produced here, in a dedicated space located in the heart of the olive trees.
"Les Grandes Marges" is the story of a family passionate about its Provence region for four generations. We are committed to preserving our heritage while working with and respecting nature, thus preserving the authenticity of the agriculture that characterizes our lands.
