Between the Luberon and the Alpilles, a haven of tranquility in the heart of the Aix countryside. The Les Lavandines cottage is a detached house nestled on a hectare of enclosed grounds, with a private swimming pool, pétanque court, ping-pong table, and shaded terrace to fully enjoy the balmy Provençal evenings. The cottage comprises: - Bright living room with a dining area for 6 people, sofa, armchair, coffee table, and TNT TV. Attic mezzanine accessible by a staircase, with a 140x190 cm mattress and storage. - Master bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, wardrobe, armchair, console table, and French doors opening onto the exterior. - Second bedroom with two 80x200 cm beds that can be converted into a 160x200 cm bed, wardrobe, and console table. - Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, storage unit, heated towel rail, and wall-mounted toilet. Outdoors: Private 5x10 m salt-water swimming pool, secured by a shutter, unheated, open year-round. Terrace equipped with garden furniture and a gas grill. Petanque court, ping-pong table, and shaded areas for your relaxation. Private parking on the property. Bed linens and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. Pets not allowed.
