Flat of 40m² for 2 to 4 people: Charming T2 with living-dining room, sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen. Shaded outdoor terrace inside a garden with view on the vineyards/garden.

Our 40 m² Gîte Oiseaux I, renovated in 2023, combines Provencal charm with modern comforts. From the living room, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see. The bright living-dining room has a sofa bed, and the bedroom has a spacious double bed (160x200 cm).
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. Outside, a shaded terrace and a small private garden invite you to relax. Pets are welcome (optional extra).
This gîte is the ideal setting for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the heart of Provence.

The Domaine de la Navicelle gîtes are located in the magnificent Colle Noire area, a hill overlooking the sea, and at the heart of the wine estate whose name they bear. They have been converted from the buildings of an old farmhouse. Their Provencal charm, with exposed beams and terracotta floors, combined with a modern, uncluttered decor, make this a top-quality 3-star accommodation.
In this exceptional setting between land and sea, the estate offers seven gîtes ranging in size from 40 to 108 m2 - two of which are detached - for 4 to 9 people. They are open all year round.
Each gîte has a terrace with outdoor furniture, whether with a view of the sea or the vineyards.
On the estate, you have access to a large swimming pool (from May to the end of September), a pétanque court, barbecues and free wifi.

This rate does not yet include the tourist tax of 1.86€/night/adult>18 years, nor the pet package (OISEAUX I and II) of 15€/pet/week, nor the linen rental option:

We offer 2 options for the rental of sheets and towels:
- option 1: for a fixed price of 12€/pers, we provide sheets and towels in the accommodation without making the beds.
- option 2: for a flat rate of €20/person, we make your beds for you.

Fig and olive trees provide welcome shade on the terrace of Les Oiseaux 1. Set in a 21-hectare vineyard on the slopes of the Colle Noire massif, overlooking the Mediterranean, it can accommodate up to 4 people. A swimming pool awaits you for moments of relaxation. Domaine de Navicelle uses biodynamic viticulture to produce a generous organic wine. Wine tourism enthusiasts will be delighted to explore the cellars and taste the vintages. For the rest of you, the Port-Cros National Park, the Hyères islands and the Provencal hinterland are just a few minutes away, providing an inexhaustible source of excursions.
