Within the Martigues Jonquière Nautical Club, charming 3-star pavilion, quiet, set back from the city center, but less than 500m from it. Breathtaking view of the Berre pond less than 20m away and of the Sainte Victoire.

Nearby and less than 10 meters from the Martigues Aviron Club, less than 100 meters from La Péniche Martégale and its many nautical and zen activities, less than 200 meters from the Marina of Martigues Jonquières, and the restaurant bar of the nautical club.

Ideal for 4 people. You will have at your disposal 2 bedrooms, a furnished terrace. Its living room offers a perfect setting to relax, with the added bonus of a sofa and a relaxing armchair with a range of electric massage programs for your greatest relaxation. After a day of exploring the region, settle down to read a good book or take advantage of the facilities at your disposal, such as a 108 mm plasma color TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a radio, a CD/DVD player, and a Hi-Fi system.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy them around the dining table for 4 guests or outside, on your terrace while enjoying the view of the pond.

The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed equipped with a flat-screen color TV, and one with a sofa bed with a panoramic desk.

The bathroom has a thermostatic Italian shower with seat and grab bars, as well as a heated towel rail.

A separate toilet is available.

The house has air conditioning, a washing machine, ironing equipment, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and central heating.

Please note that towels and sheets are included in the price. At the end of the stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be organized for the sum of 40 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax per adult per night will be requested upon arrival. You can park on site in a private parking space equipped with a private type 2 charging station for electric vehicles, pricing on request.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, pets and parties are not allowed.
