The 50 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a house comprising 3 other gîtes and adjoining 2 chambres d'hôtes. It comprises : - 1 living room with kitchenette and sitting area with fireplace - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with bath, separate toilet Shared grounds with table and barbecue. It's at the start of several hiking and mountain-biking trails in summer, and not far from the Colle St Michel and Ratery Nordic areas and the Val d'Allos ski resorts in winter.
