Alpine chalet located opposite Lac St Grat in the Gordolasque Valley at an altitude of 1600 m in the town of Belvédère, gateway to the Mercantour National Park. High mountain environment, access to the Vallée des Merveilles and numerous hikes. Chalet comprising 2 gîtes and the owner's apartment.

Gîte 'l'Esquirol' on the ground floor of the chalet : Entrance to the living room, lounge area, fully equipped open kitchen.
2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be twinned in each.
1 Bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 1 person. Large bathroom. Separate WC (shared tumble dryer).
Land with garden furniture and barbecue. Charges included, Tourist tax extra. Access to the chalet by mountain track for 1.3 km.
Please note, snow equipment is strongly recommended in winter as the access track is NOT cleared of snow!

Nestling at the bottom of the Gordolasque valley, amidst willowherbs, wildflowers and larches, a magnificent alpine chalet houses 2 gîtes. L'Esquirol, on the garden level, opens directly onto this picture-postcard setting. The interior has all the charm of a traditional wooden building, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
Located in the unspoilt Mercantour National Park, the entire property meets certain environmental protection requirements, and residents will be made aware of them.
At an altitude of 1600 m, close to numerous hiking trails, the Lac de Saint-Grat, forests and peaks, the Esquirol gîte is the perfect starting point for great mountain experiences.
