Spacious and functional open-plan kitchen, comfortable and warm living room (2-person sofa bed, TV, hi-fi) adjoining the bright bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm). Large bathroom with wood and slate tones. Electric heating. Sheets and tea towels provided. Small covered terrace, large gravelled area and private, unfenced garden of 1000 m², garden furniture, barbecue, parking. Fenced owners' swimming pool (8x4 m, depth 1.50m) open Monday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., from 06/15 to 09/15.
