Renovated, fully furnished and equipped 36 m² 2-room apartment at the bottom of a villa for rent in Gréoux-les-Bains, near the castle. Peaceful and surrounded by greenery!
2 sleeps, 3-star Gites de France.
* Separate entrance, equipped kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Exclusive terrace with outdoor table and deckchairs provided.
* Two 90x200 cm beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed. Very comfortable new bedding.
* Fully equipped and refurbished, bed linens and towels available upon request.
* Parking outside in front of the house (50m) or in the castle parking lot (150m).
It is possible to walk to the village center (10 minutes) and the thermal baths (20-30 minutes). However, as the villa is located in the hills above Gréoux near the castle, walking access is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Rental Prices:
- From January to the end of May and from October to the end of December: €1,020 for 3 weeks (cleaning and bed linen/towels included)
- From the beginning of June to the end of September: €1,120 for 3 weeks (cleaning and bed linen/towels included)
- €450 per week (cleaning and bed linen/towels included)
- Additional fees: €50 electricity and tourist tax: €1.65 per day per person (3-star furnished accommodation)
Exclusively non-smoking (inside and outside), no pets allowed.
