Our guest house, renovated in original stones, is in a typical hiiltop village in the Alpes de Haute Provence. Our 2 rooms welcome you on the ground floor, with in an independant access and a panoramic view across the valley.

Built on a hillside, Vaumeilh is a classical example of a hilltop village at an altitude of 460 meters high and located at 14 km away from the north of Sisteron. Its origins date back to 1500 AD.
The region is famous for many sporting activities, mainly gliding and water sports.

Our "Maison aux Lavandes" consists of a "Hongrie" guest room for a couple and a "Gache" studio room also for 2 people. "Hongrie" is an independent room with a bathroom including shower and WC and a large double bed. It is offered as a bedroom where breakfast can served on the terrace or inside.

The "Gache" studio offers great independence and free meal management: it has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven and an electric hob, a microwave, a washing machine.
The beautiful living room opens onto the private terrace, has a double bed and a dining area.
The bathroom with bath and toilet is next to the bedroom.

The two rooms are on the ground floor with a parking lot. You can enjoy a garden with a view of the mountains and Provencal landscapes.
The garden is available to all guests.

For the "Hongrie" room, the hearty breakfast is served with homemade bread, croissants, homemade jams made with local fruits, fruits and cereals. It is served from 8 am to 9 am, but we can adapt according to your requests.
