After a few steps leading to the terrace, you'll enter Maison Soleïa, which comprises:
- An air-conditioned living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, extendable table with 5 chairs, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, 3-burner cooktop, extractor hood, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machines, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
On the first floor, accessible via a spiral staircase:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined together and a dressing room.
- A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, and fan heater.
The second floor opens onto:
- A large attic bedroom with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined together, a dressing room, and a 90x200 cm bed on a low base.
Located in a typical alley in the old town center, the gîte does not have private parking, but several public parking options are available nearby. Two electric vehicle charging stations are located below the property.
