On a Camargue agricultural estate, 3 character gîtes in the main building, on the edge of the Vaccarès pond. Mas from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, with a military tower from the 11th century.
Breeding of Camargue bulls in the territory of Arles and Saintes Maries de la Mer (Arles Center 22 km - Stes Maries 44 km). Cereal, rice and durum wheat farming. 16km of private roads in the middle of crops and livestock. If you like houses with old furniture, original materials, large rooms, stone walls and ceiling beams, you will be delighted! Immerse yourself in the heart of the Arlesian bullfighting tradition in this vast hunting area that is the Camargue. Shared heated swimming pool (12x6 - 1m30 to 1m80) set up in an old sheepfold (beautiful construction) with showers and toilets.
Additional swimming pool service: €100/week from April to the end of October from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., to be paid directly to the owner. On the ground floor: living room with sofa, armchairs and TV. Dining room with fireplace (wood 20€/week). Kitchen (fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 cm. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 100x190cm. Bathroom. WC. Terrace of 150 m², private land and open courtyard (100 m²), garden furniture, barbecue, parking, portico. Housekeeping on request. Baby bed and chair. Safe (7.5€/week). Bed sheets and towels included.
Pets allowed with a supplement of 10€/day/animal and a deposit of 50€. Animal reception conditions: dog kept on a leash, vaccination record provided, insurance certificate provided, collection of droppings. No cats.
