The shared areas : 1 large 100 m² dining room with a fireplace and an open kitchen, another fully equipped kitchen, lounges and other shared places.
Pleasant one hectare grounds with trees and a small lake. A BBQ area with plancha and bread oven, tables and benches is at your disposal. A shaded terrace with large tables and comfortable chairs.
And finally, you will appreciate the swimming pool (14mx6m), its beautiful exposure, or the coolness of its pool-house.
