This cottage for 10 people with private swimming pool and garden is ideally located between the Alpilles and the Luberon.

Between Alpilles and Luberon, the Mas de l'Avani gîte is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, and shares its entrance with another furnished apartment located on the second floor.
Outside, a fully fenced common garden offers a garden furniture area in the shade of the trees, a dining area under a covered terrace, a barbecue and a ping-pong table. A swimming pool (7x3 m, depth 1.6 m) open from 01/05 to 30/09 and a games room including table football, pinball machine and board games are also available to guests. At the entrance, after a staircase common to the two lodgings, there is a common room with sofa / bed, tourist documentation and office.
The fully renovated gîte is made up of:
- a hallway with large cupboards
- a first bedroom with 2 twin 80x200 cm beds, bedside tables, wall lights and wardrobe
- a second bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm, bedside tables, wall lights and wardrobe
- a living room with corner sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, high table and 6 high chairs. Equipped kitchen open to the living room with microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher with 8 place settings.
- a bathroom / WC with large walk-in shower with mixer, double basin with mixer, basin, vanity unit, double-flow WC, heated towel rail and VMC. A 3rd bedroom can be rented at an additional cost on request from the owners (250 € / week). It is equipped with a 200x200 cm bed and an adjoining private bathroom with walk-in shower. The cottage has gas central heating and is also equipped with reversible air conditioning (one unit in each room), included in the price. Sheets, household and bathroom linen are included. End of stay cleaning is optional (50 €). Wi-Fi connection + ethernet cables. The owners provide guests with 4 bicycles which can be used during the stay.
