Provençal farmhouse in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence with heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, grounds and pétanque

Located in the heart of the Alpilles, 1.8 km from the center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, this Provençal farmhouse accommodates up to 8 people. The Mas de l'Espiguette is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. Set on a 4,000 m² wooded plot, the farmhouse offers a large, fully enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play in complete safety. You can enjoy a beautiful shaded terrace for outdoor dining, a jacuzzi for relaxing moments, and a private swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.50 to 1.60m deep, chlorine-treated and secured by a gate). Ping-pong table, trampoline, swing, pétanque court... there's something for everyone! Nearby, you'll find numerous hiking trails, traditional markets, hilltop villages, and the must-see sites of the Alpilles. On the ground floor, the cottage comprises: - A living room with a lounge area accessible by one step down, a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a decorative fireplace, a TV, and a dining area with a table and eight chairs. - A separate kitchen with a table and chairs, a fridge-freezer, a 3-burner gas hob and an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a Senseo filter and pod coffee machine, and a dishwasher. - A toilet. - A bathroom with a shower and a vanity unit. On the first floor: - A first air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed (recommended for a child), a wardrobe, and a TV. - A second air-conditioned bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed (recommended for a child), a wardrobe, and a TV. - A third air-conditioned bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, and a desk. - A toilet. - A bathroom with a Bathtub, shower, double sink vanity, and heated towel rail The front courtyard has parking for two cars.
