Mas des Figuiers

The gîte, located at the rear of Mas des Figuiers and overlooking the well courtyard, includes a covered terrace on the first floor, equipped with 4 chairs, a table, garden furniture, deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue. A fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, a utility room with toilet, hand-washer, washing machine, etc., and a large living room with fireplace and sofa bed complete this first level.
Upstairs, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower, stone basin and toilet. Your baby will be welcome too, with a cot, high chair and other dedicated equipment available on request when you book.
Linen is provided (sheets + pillowcases, towels + gloves, tea towels, tablecloths and placemats).
In the kitchen on the first floor, you'll find a 4-burner induction hob with integrated hood, a dishwasher, an oven and a large sink. In the utility room, you'll find a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, filter or Nespresso coffee machine, kettle etc...
The kitchen communicates with the dining room, which has a large table for 6, and furniture containing crockery. In the living room, which communicates with the kitchen, you'll find a sofa bed (180 cm), a flat-screen TV with WiFi connection, a DVD player, a working fireplace, and a staircase to the first floor.
Upstairs, the white bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed with slatted base. A chest of drawers, a closet, a secretary with armchair, 2 bedside tables with drawers and lamps. It has a mosquito net, a shutter, a blackout curtain and reversible air-conditioning. Possibility of adding a baby cot (free of charge, ask for it when booking) or a 90cm folding bed.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with an electric towel dryer, a chest of drawers and 1 bench with storage baskets and clothes hooks. It has an Italian shower, WC and large natural stone washbasin.
Finally, a second bedroom communicating via the bathroom, comprising 2 twin 90cm beds, 2 bedside tables with lamps, and a chest of drawers. It has reversible air-conditioning, a window with louvered shutter, mosquito net and blackout curtain.
Access to the park and pool in front of our house is via a small path running alongside the huge fig tree and the back of the house.
Around the pool you'll find deckchairs, tables, chairs and parasols, as well as a few outdoor games.
You can park your car free of charge in the courtyard next to the well. If you wish, you can take advantage of the services of our in-house chef for your breakfasts, lunches or dinners (for a fee), or take a cooking class.
