Le Mas des Lilas is a very beautiful independent country farmhouse with large garden, swimming pool and covered terrace. The house has a lot of character, with high ceilings, beams and exposed stones. The cottage is composed of: On the ground floor : - Kitchen with 2 tables and 12 chairs, fitted kitchen with 3 induction hobs, extractor, SMEG refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso pod coffee maker. - Laundry room with plenty of storage, freezer, washing machine and dryer. - Living room with 2 quality sofas, flat screen TV, ornamental fireplace and wood stove. - Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 160x200cm, cupboards, desk and ornamental fireplace. - Shower room with walk-in shower 120x80cm, washbasin, heated towel rail, WC, lighting mirror and storage column. On the 1st floor: - Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed 160x200cm with canopy and wardrobe. - Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed 180x200cm and dressers. This through bedroom allows access to 2 other bedrooms. - Bedroom 4 with 1 double bed 180x200cm, storage under the stairs, cot and dressing room. This through room allows access to dormitory 1 and the upstairs bathroom. - Bathroom with low-height bath (easy access) and large width, washbasin, heated towel rail, walk-in shower with 180x90cm thermostat and WC.
