An exceptional site at the start of all the most beautiful hikes in the massif, a stone house (former horse relay) and in this house a fully equipped flat of 106 m² on the ground floor.

An exceptional site at the start of all the most beautiful hikes in the massif, a few metres from the torrent (with trout) which descends from the Alp du Lauzet, a stone house (former horse relay) and in this house a fully-equipped flat of 106 m² on one level (the house backs onto the mountain). The decoration is classic, absolute calm because the whole flat is located on the back of the house in direct contact with the Aiguillette de Lauzet.
Only one neighbour, the inn, on the other side of the road below.
Only one soothing noise: the torrent. The garden is 2500 m².
A few steps out of the terrace in front of the house lead to another shaded terrace with garden furniture (barbecue). One car parking space in front of the house and a public car park 30 metres away.
