Whether you are 2 or 10, with friends or family, we welcome you to our chalet, set in grounds planted with trees and flowers, adjoining a small vegetable garden.

A 160m2 chalet spread over 4 half-levels, with a kitchen opening onto a spacious, bright 80m2 living room with a wood-burning stove to warm up chilly summer evenings.

The 4 bedrooms, including 2 with mezzanines, sleep 2 to 10 people. The 2 bathrooms will delight shower and bath enthusiasts alike.

During your stay, live to the rhythm of the sun (and nature) and take advantage of the 3 terraces available:
- to the east for a sunny breakfast,
- to the south for convivial lunches around the large table and barbecue,
- to the West for a drink as the sun sets.
Ideal for relaxing breaks, these terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture, so let yourself go.

1 exposed balcony is accessible from one of the rooms, ideal for a romantic coffee in the rising sun.

There's also a bicycle garage and private parking for 3 to 4 vehicles.

Bedroom 1 : 1 bed 160/200 (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160/200 (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 each sleep 3: 1 bed 140/190 and a bed 90/190 on the mezzanine.
Bed linen and household linen (tea towels, bath mats) are provided, and beds are made on arrival.
We can also provide bathroom linen (extra charge on request).
Kitchen: whether you're a "cordon bleu" or a "meal on the go" cook, you'll find everything you need in our fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals for your tribe.
Equipment on offer: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, plus all the equipment you need to prepare meals (food processor, waffle maker, raclette, pierrade, fondue, crêpes...).
Free WiFi, a large flat-screen TV and DVD player will delight the most connected, while the library will enthrall young and old readers alike.
We can also provide baby equipment (high chair, stroller, cot, etc.) if required.

Around the chalet & tips :
- Our chalet is located on the edge of the Grande Randonnée (GR5) trail, so you can start out on foot for a stroll towards the Col des Thures, the Aiguille Rouge, Les Balcons de Névache or the Vallée Etroite.

We can provide you with a number of maps and guides to local walks, and we'll be delighted to recommend our favorite itineraries for different levels of walker.

- Near the chalet, you'll find a convenient mini-market and a newsagent.
Within walking distance of the chalet, you'll find: Névache's best honey shop (for early-morning gourmets), the village's artisan chocolatier-pâtissier, a tasty restaurant, a spa and relaxation area, and a launderette!
- Ville-Haute (old village) is a 30-minute walk away - here you'll find various shops and restaurants, the Tourist Office and the gateway to Haute-Clarée: from mid-July to mid-August, Haute-Clarée is accessible by shuttle bus. One stop is within walking distance of the chalet.
The shuttle is free throughout the village, allowing you to leave your car at the chalet.
