At 1300 m altitude, gîte in a renovated farmhouse with character, in the Mercantour National Park. 360° panorama. Peace and quiet in the heart of nature, 800m from the village. Hiking trail from the farm.

This south-facing 33 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a large building comprising another gîte and three guest rooms.
It comprises :
- 1 living room with kitchenette and 1 60cm sofa-bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Balcony. Shared garden.

Large outdoor space with private garden furniture and barbecue.
The entrance is under a glass awning. The south-facing French window opens onto a full-width balcony overlooking the vegetable garden, the fortifications of Colmars-les-Alpes, the mountains of Noncière and Laupon and the south of the valley.

On the first floor of the Transhumances farmhouse, nestles the comfortable Noncière gîte, which sleeps 2. All on one level, it extends onto a lush green meadow with an incredible view of the Verdon, the fortified village of Colmars-les-Alpes and the Lac d'Allos mountain range. In addition to hosting guests, the family business focuses on Merino sheep breeding and fruit growing, the produce of which is transformed into delicious jams. Situated at an altitude of 1,300 m, in the heart of the Mercantour National Park, there are many possibilities for excursions. Your hosts will provide you with guides and binoculars to help you discover the trails and massifs, and their incomparable flora and fauna.
