Located on the ground floor of a villa in Sausset-les-Pins, this comfortable cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing stay just steps from the sea. Ideal for a family or a group of friends, it can accommodate up to four people in a peaceful setting.
Enjoy a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue for relaxing or dining outdoors.
The "Picasso" cottage is located less than 200m from Les Beaumettes Beach, allowing you to easily enjoy the pleasures of the sea, whether for a swim or a stroll on the sand. The village center, with its restaurants, shops, and Provençal markets, is also nearby, allowing you to discover all the charm of this Mediterranean village.

The fully air-conditioned cottage comprises:
- A living room with reversible air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), a lounge area with a smart TV (Chromecast and Netflix), a sofa, and a dining table.
- A bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a storage drawer under the bed.
- A bedroom with two 90x200 cm trundle beds and a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, toilet, and washing machine.

Pets are welcome on request (€15/stay). Secure parking is available on the property (for two small cars or one large car).
The price includes: towels and bed linen, and end-of-stay cleaning.
The price does not include: tourist tax and pet fees.
