Very pretty Provençal mas tastefully decorated with 1500m² garden and private heated swimming pool

Halfway between the Alpilles, Avignon and the Luberon, the Mas de la Pontonière is a beautiful Provençal house with a 1500m² garden and a private swimming pool, just 800m from the center of the village of Noves. The farmhouse is adjoining but without any vis-à-vis with the owner and her daughter. The fully fenced property closed by electric gate offers a large Provençal garden with trees (olive trees, laurels, cypresses, etc.), a private swimming pool heated and secured by shutter (6x12m, depth 1.5 to 2.5m) open from April to October, pool house with fridge, relaxation lounge, cloakroom, WC and outdoor shower, ping-pong table and two covered carports. The terrace in front of the farmhouse is equipped with two garden furniture, parasols, a trellis, and shaded by a large plane tree. Inside, the farmhouse on two floors, tastefully decorated in an industrial style while retaining the authenticity of the stone, is composed as follows:
- entrance with cloakroom and separate toilet with washbasin
- integrated U-shaped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob, extractor hood, table with 4 chairs, fireplace, chest of drawers, TV, plenty of storage, followed by a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, freezer and fridge
- large day room separated by a fireplace: dining room with a large oval wooden table, armchairs and coffee table; living room with 2 sofas, armchairs and TV
