Located just 6km from Avignon TGV station, the Relais d'Eden is an ideal base between the City of the Popes and the Alpilles. This house from the beginning of the XXth century was completely renovated in 2020. Located near the owners' house but completely independent, it has its own terrace and garden, with floral arrangements (small rose garden). Private parking on the property. The gite is composed of a living room with sitting area (sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV connected with satellite channels, speaker connected by bluetooth), dining area with a high table and 4 high chairs, open fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, 4 burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven / microwave combination, dishwasher. Washing machine. 2 bedrooms, each with 2 80x200cm beds that can be combined into 1 160x200cm bed and desk. Private bathroom for each bedroom with skylight, walk-in shower, basin and WC. 55m² private terrace with trellis, comfortable garden furniture, barbecue. Petanque. Private garden approximately 400 m². Reversible air conditioning (included). Sheets and towels provided. End of stay cleaning on request. Pets allowed under certain conditions: 1 small pet allowed.
