Rates

The rental price does not include sheets and towels.
The cleaning is at the expense of the tenant and on the departure, the apartment must be left in the same clean state as on the arrival.
The tenant can ask to rent a linen kit and also not do the cleaning at the end of the stay by asking for the cleaning package.
Linen kit (sheets and towels): 25 € for 2 persons
Fixed price for cleaning: 45 €.
