Lovely 3* air-conditioned studio, 100 meters from the magnificent Sablettes beach, fully renovated and very functional, balcony with panoramic view, close to everything, internet access.

This 21m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a 2-storey residence (no elevator) comprises : - entrance with storage space and children's bed (80x190) - a living room opening onto the balcony/veranda, including a "Rapido" sofa bed, 102 cm TV + WIFI, and a fully-equipped kitchen area (induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.) - shower room with large non-slip shower tray and storage space, wc. Conveniently located near all amenities: restaurants, shops, Centre Leclerc, tourist office, landscaped park. If you want to go to Toulon by boat, the pier is 2 minutes away. You can also get there by bus, but for the same price (€1) the boat trip is so much more pleasant! Whether you come in summer to enjoy the beach and water sports, or out of season to visit our beautiful region, we're sure you'll have a pleasant stay. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

We want our guests to share our concern for the environment, so we provide them with a welcome booklet containing information on waste sorting and recommendations for preserving our beautiful environment, both on the beach and in the forests. We also provide eco-friendly products (cleaning products, shower gel, biodegradable bags, etc.).
