Our apartment is well situated in an quiet area of the city, it is quite adequate to ride or drive around to discover our beautiful region or to go to the beach (by cycle or bus or car, 10 mn). Close (8 mn walk) to the railway station, to some shops.

Sunny studio on the 1st floor of 33 m2 between sea and city in a nice neighborhood and located in a secure residence. Comfortable, good exposure, quiet and bright location, close to the beach of Almanarre. South / Southwest A 4.3 km from the sea and 500 m from shops

We are committed to ensuring that waste is sorted and placed in the appropriate containers. We don't install air conditioning, despite the heat of recent summers. As far as possible, we cycle short distances in town and to the beach. Please understand that we don't have air conditioned, this is to spare energy and protect our planet.
