33 m2 studio with sea view above the port of St Mandrier sur mer, facing Toulon. Nice terrace.
Third and top floor with individual ground-floor access to rear of building. Air-conditioned. Facing west.

The sea is everywhere on the charming St Mandrier peninsula.
This studio is decorated in a light, uncluttered, natural style for a relaxing vacation in a quiet setting close to the sea and the village with its local shops.
A large living room with a bright kitchen, a high table for breakfast facing the sea, a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a terrace to enjoy the outdoors.
On the third and top floor, the entrance is on the garden level via a separate door.
Swimming pool available from May to September. Chargeable only in July and August: 40 euros per week/family or pro rata per day.
Shuttles to Toulon every 30 minutes.
If you love the sea, peace and quiet and walking, St Mandrier is the ideal place for your vacation.
