The Don Giovanni is a comfortable holiday studio of 32m2 for 3 people, fully furnished, equipped and decorated with care. Thanks to its ideal location, a stone's throw from the port, beaches and the village of Carqueiranne, you can fully enjoy your holidays on foot and leave your vehicle in the privative and secure location.

Very nice recent studio of 32 m2 fully furnished in a secure residence, with terrace and garden of 34m2 and a private parking space.

Ideally located less than 500m from the beaches, the port, shops and the village of Carqueiranne with the marché every Thursday to enjoy your holidays by feet.

Equipment :
Main room with foldaway double bed (2 people), sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children), TV, WiFi internet.
Open kitchen fully equipped, with induction hob, oven / microwave, fridge / freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for cooking.
Bathroom with washing machine, hair dryer, shower cabin and large closet full-length mirror.
Sheets, towels and tea towels provided free of charge.
Reversible air conditioning

For athletes, many water activities are available within 5km (Almanarre beach), 2 diving clubs 600m, and the Golf de Valgarde 8km. The landing stage to discover the islands of Hyères is only 8 / 13km and many other visits nearby (hiking, beaches, coves, fishing, Provençal/night markets, vineyards ...).
