Small detached bungalow in a quiet hillside setting, 2400m² grounds with swimming pool. All on one level, one side overlooking the pool and the other the garden. Very pleasant, very well equipped, meticulously decorated, meticulously clean, very large and beautiful terraced garden.
Swimming pool to be shared with the tenants of Petit Cernois 1 (3/4 people), who have access from 10am to 7pm, and with the owner. Accepts babies who can't walk and children over 7 who can swim (pool).

Pressure cooker, kettle, steam cooker, toaster, large fridge, children's games, swing, bed linen and towels extra, outdoor smoking ashtray.
