In the Aix countryside, between the city center and Sainte Victoire, the Studio is an apartment adjoining the owners' house, with independent access. Beautiful private exterior surrounded by pine trees with synthetic grass, garden furniture and spa. Ideal for a stay as a couple to discover Provence while relaxing. On one level, the Studio is separated from the neighboring gîte and the owners' terrace by wooden privacy screens and vegetation. Air-conditioned living room separated into 2: sleeping area with 140x190cm bed, 2 wardrobes, armchair and TV; kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, combined oven/microwave.
Shower room with shower and bench, sink and storage, WC with shower and towel dryer. Private exterior 100m² (terrace + garden). Private spa. Ping pong table on the property. Parking spaces on the fenced property (sloping path from the main road). Pet welcome. Sheets, towels included.
