Flat of 75m² for 6 to 8 people: large living room with fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one connecting bedroom with pull-out bed, bathroom with shower, WC. Large terrace with sea view.

Gîte Syrah is a spacious 82 m² flat, renovated in 2021, offering a light and airy setting. The large living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area is the ideal place to relax with family or friends. The living area also has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space.
The flat comprises one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and one through bedroom with a trundle bed (2 x 80x200 cm), offering great flexibility in accommodation.
The bathroom has a whirlpool bath and shower, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
Outside, the terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea, vineyards and olive groves, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The wine estate “La Navicelle” is tucked into the side of the “Colle Noire” massive, overlooking the sea and it is situated between Hyères and Toulon.
The vineyard represents 21 hectares in Côtes de Provence appellation enjoying an exceptional amount of sunlight.
These plantings enable us to obtain rich and complex wines, with a lovely freshness and a real Provencal identity.
Our wines are officially certified biological and we even adopted biodynamic cultivation practices. All our cultivation practices are environmentally friendly and guarantee the real soil life in order to keep the rich expression of our terroir.
It’s in this breath-taking location that we offer 7 different cottages which can welcome up to 9 persons and which will allow you to spend a dream holiday.

The twenty-one hectares of vines at Navicelle are managed with genuine respect for the ecosystem, flora and fauna. The vineyard is inspired by the fundamental principles of biodynamic viticulture. It has been certified AB (Agriculture Biologique) since 2014 and HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) since 2019. The activities of our vacation rentals are naturally integrated into this same philosophy (eco-friendly products, sorting and composting, awareness-raising, etc.) On the Navicelle wine estate, from the terrace of the Syrah gîte, the view extends beyond the vines to the Mediterranean.
