Private bathroom with Italian shower, sink, towel dryer and WC. - Children's bedroom with 90x200cm bunk beds and storage drawers. - Sleeping area giving access to the terrace: convertible sofa bed 140x190cm. - Separate WC (access to the sleeping area). - 25m² terrace with water point, electric barbecue, garden furniture. On the ground floor, laundry area and 30m² garage that can accommodate a large vehicle. Private parking space in front of the garage. Sheets and towels provided.
