Lovely big kitchen opens on to the dining room, and directly on to the shady terrace under a large plane tree. The living room has leather seating and is very comfortable as is the dining room which overlooks the garden. Wifi, satellite television. Library, CD and DVD on hand. Parking in the garden. The garden has many different kinds of trees - lime trees, ginkgo biloba, Mediterranean hackberry ...) and is an oasis of peace and tranquillity, with sunny areas and a lap pool (8 m x 2.50 ) that can be heated in the off season. Solarium and meal area with summer kitchen. The terrace has tables and chairs and lounge chairs. Also on the lawn there is a sitting area under the shade trees, with a wooden deck and wicker lawn furniture. Food shops and pharmacy are nearby. .
