A duplex cocoon with exceptional views of the old village of Biot
Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, perfect for exploring and discovering the jewels of the French Riviera. Since 2004, Biot has been labelled ‘Plus Beau Détour de France’ (Most Beautiful Detour in France): a guarantee of authenticity and charm that promises an unforgettable stay.
Access for travellers: Please note for families with young children or elderly people, the residence is built on a hillside and has several stairs, which may be a constraint for some.
The private parking space is located almost opposite the entrance to the villa, offering convenient access.
♀️ The swimming pool is shared between residents and is located in the heart of the residence, about 30 metres from the villa. It is reserved for residents and is completely secure.
♀️ The old village of Biot is a ten-minute walk away, as are the shops in the Biot 3000 area.
A car is still the best way to explore the wonders of the coastline. However, to avoid parking problems, you can opt for the TER (Biot station 10 minutes away by car), which will allow you to travel along the coast from Italy to the Var.
