110m2 villa with 90m2 apartment for 4 or 6 people and 20m2 studio for 2, to enjoy the pleasures of nature in the Alpes de Haute Provence. Sunny terrace and covered veranda.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 8 beds (3 x 140cm, 2 x 90cm), 2 kitchens, 2 TVs, free WiFi, washing machine and ironing facilities.

The villa is ready to move into: systematic disinfection, first breakfast offered, beds made, bathroom and kitchen linen available, as well as wood for the fireplace or barbecue.
For babies, there's an adapted bathtub and high chair.
For people with limited mobility, an external ramp provides access to the villa, and the bathtub is also equipped with safety bars.
Leisure activities for all:
French-English library. Board games. Games for children.
The open fireplace is a real pleasure whatever the season!
A barbecue is available in the garage, with a supply of wood.
A professional foosball table makes for great competition.
A set of boules for 4, for memorable games of pétanque!
Two badminton rackets are also available.
The added bonus: an enclosed garden, safe for children and pets.
In summer, only the birds and cicadas can disturb the silence of the garden.
Please note:
The apartment and studio are never rented separately, to ensure privacy in the house and garden.
During school vacations, weekly reservations.
Outside school vacations, minimum 5-night booking.
Extra charge of €20/day for occupancy of studio (second water heater, electricity, heating).
Cleaning, laundry and disinfection costs: €80.
Pets accepted on a case-by-case basis. 20€ surcharge
