Welcome to a dream vacation with family or friends, in this beautiful new villa facing the sea and the Estérel massif. Everything is here to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The villa comprises a beautiful living room opening onto the terrace and a veranda facing the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms plus a sofa bed, i.e. 10 to 12 beds, 3 bathrooms, 3 wc, fully air-conditioned, garage available, and a very pretty heated swimming pool if required. The sandy beach of Anthéor is just a 5-minute walk away, as is the train station for easy access to the center of St Raphaël, as well as Cannes, Nice, Menton...
