We welcome you in the unique setting of a Mexican villa and its park.
Villa Puebla and its rooms will take you on a journey back in time, in a sublime green setting with a sublime view of the Mercantour.

We offer 5 bed and breakfast rooms in a late 19th century Art Nouveau Mexican villa.

Filmed in the programmes Des racines et des Ailes and Echapées Belles, the Villa Puebla has been awarded the label of the Fondation du Patrimoine and is listed as a historic monument. It is an emblematic residence in the town of Barcelonnette. Its architecture and furnishings have remained intact since it was built in 1880.

You can see the iconic bull's-eyes on the roof, the colourful earthenware on the façade and the magnificent cement tiles on the floors.

The atmosphere in our rooms will immerse you in the extraordinary story of the immigration of the ‘Barcelonnettes’ to Mexico.

You can enjoy our two cosy lounges and the park with its fountain, fruit trees, old greenhouse and petanque court.

Breakfast is served in our cosy kitchen with its old stove.

Located 5 minutes' walk from the town centre, our guest rooms allow you to leave your car, motorbike or bicycles in our private car park and take advantage of all the services and shops offered by the village of Barcelonnette.

During your stay you may come across one of our artists in residence and enjoy an unforgettable experience, summer or winter.
