This is a gîte located on the 1st floor, which can accommodate 8 people (+4 beds possible on request), with adjoining private terrace, courtyard and garden. Beautiful volumes. Private parking on the property. Access via a private exterior staircase to the apartment, consisting of:
•Living / dining room with sofa and armchairs, dining area.
•Independent kitchen with stove with 4 ceramic burners, oven, extractor hood, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, washing machine and iron. Scullery with numerous kitchen utensils.
•Relaxation room with flat screen TV, DVD player, table, sofa, games and fireplace (working).
•1st large bedroom of 20 m² with a 140x190cm double bed and 2 90x190cm beds.
•2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
•3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
•Bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Hairdryer available.
•Bathroom with bathtub and sink. Hairdryer available.
•A second independent toilet. Adjoining private terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture and barbecue. Sun bathing. Courtyard in front of the house and garden of more than 500 m².
Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. End of stay cleaning: €80.
Sheets rental on request (10€ per bed). Bathroom linen included. Pets accepted: not on the beds and collection of droppings. Baby equipment available free of charge on request: travel cot with mattress, high chair, bathtub, mattress and changing table, bottle warmer. A fully equipped furnished apartment for 4 people (not labeled) located on the ground floor can be rented in addition, for a rate of €300 per week for 4 people (1 140x190cm bed and 2 90x190cm beds plus 60€ rental fees). cleaning - optional: sheets rental on request €10 per bed.
