Recently renovated villa in Carqueiranne(Var), set on a 1650 m² plot, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, facing the Presqu'île de Giens, the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant. South-facing, on a wooded hill overlooking the sea: Domaine la Californie. Very quiet, with no vis-à-vis. Villa "Mesomax" comprises 2 independent apartments: - Garden level with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 2, 4 or 6 people. - The ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large terrace for 2 or 4 people. Each apartment is independent with separate access. The 2 apartments can occasionally be rented together. The Hyères coastline is a paradise of golden and silvery beaches, with fine sand and round pebbles, catering for families and sports enthusiasts alike, not forgetting nature lovers who can nestle in the small coves. The Almanarre beach, located on the western tombolo of the Giens peninsula, is over 4 km long. It alternates between white sand and pebbles all along the tombolo. The site is internationally renowned by windsurfers as one of the world's best windsurfing spots. On the other side of the tombolo, from la Bergerie to l'Ayguade, you'll find family-friendly beaches, all of which are made up of white sand and shallow water. On the island of Porquerolles, the famous Plage d'Argent, hemmed in by eucalyptus and umbrella pines, is made up of fine white sand whose silvery sheen has given it its name. The beaches of Alycastre, Courtade and Langoustier are also renowned for their fine sand and clear water.
