T5 house with 4 bedrooms and 2 terraces. View over olive groves. Located on the lighthouse road, 10 minutes from the lighthouse and the mythical "Gorge du loup", and 30 minutes from the beaches of the north coast.

This house lets you enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. The nearest house is 100m away, but they are totally independent. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (140x190) and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. The latter features a mezzanine for games or "parlotte". The 2 terraces to the east and west, equipped with tables and chairs, provide shade or sun depending on the time of day, and allow you to watch the birds and pheasants. Perfect for one or two families. There's also a boulodrome to relax in. With regard to access for people with reduced mobility, the 2 km route is on a partly tarmac road with potholes, and ends on a dirt track. A cab service is also available.
