T6 villa in the countryside with large terrace in a property planted with olive and fruit trees with a very large garden planted with local species. The house comprises a main building with 4 bedrooms and a garden shed.

This peaceful spot offers a unique insight into Porquerolles, with privileged access to the countryside, where local vegetation is preserved and showcased. The large terrace provides a permanent observation post for pheasants, robins, hawks and many other birds. The only neighboring house is 100m away, so you can't see or hear each other. This one shares the same plain, also planted with olive trees. The calanques are a 10-minute walk away, especially the Gorge du Loup. The beaches are a 30-minute walk away.
