If you're a fishing enthusiast, this is the place for you! A certified fishing lodge, the Chalet du Verney is located in the hamlet of Haute Clarée, which comprises just three chalets, 50 meters from the Clarée, a 1st category river.

Renowned for its fishing courses and numerous high-altitude lakes, you can enjoy fly fishing, minnow fishing, lure fishing, spoon fishing, English fishing, bomb fishing or natural bait fishing in an idyllic setting.

The Hébergement Pêche label is your guarantee:

Proximity to fishing spots, a "fishing" atmosphere and personalization, as well as specific documentation.
Services: a specific, secure room for storing and drying equipment, and a device for storing live bait.
Weekly or weekend rentals.
The chalet is equipped with solar panels and sockets for recharging cell phones, but under no circumstances for other electrical appliances. Nothing else may be plugged in, as this could damage the installation.
Gas hot water.
The chalet offers many facilities for a memorable vacation. There's a large dining room with a wood-burning stove to enjoy evenings by the fire. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas stove and a wood-burning stove to heat all the chalet's radiators. Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
To have heating in the chalet, you need to know how to turn on the stoves, otherwise there's no heating.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140cm and 90cm beds, and another bedroom with a 140cm bed. All rooms have wardrobes. Under the roof, a library with a sofa for relaxing and reading, or just admiring the scenery.
