Charming, atypical house with a total of 92 m² on 2 levels, located right on the water, in the heart of Anse Méjean in an exceptional setting, uninterrupted sea views, direct sea access, double balconies/terraces overlooking the sea.

Ground floor: large, bright living room with 1 table and 9 chairs, 1 lounge area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and well-equipped kitchen area: large fridge, large freezer, 4-burner induction hob, standard oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, plenty of crockery and cooking equipment.

One bedroom with shower and washbasin, wardrobe.

On the lower level: 4 bedrooms, 1 of which has an island bath and washbasin, 2 bedrooms with mezzanine beds.
All bedrooms have a bedside lamp per person and the beds are equipped with 2 pillows per person and 1 duvet.

All mattresses are of good quality and comfortable.
