What's more, Canopy applies a rigorous anti-wasteful food and waste recycling policy. Wherever possible, upcycling is practised. The above-mentioned societal commitments resonate with the choice of the hotel's CSR partners such as "Résine Estérel", "Hotel for Trees" and "Les Alchimistes", thanks to whom several tonnes of biowaste are transformed into compost every year.
