The Hôtel Crillon le Brave is a discreet five-star hotel with breathtaking views, perched on the foothills of Mont Ventoux, overlooking the Dentelles de Montmirail, in the heart of the medieval village of Crillon le Brave.

Comprising twelve century-old houses, it blends perfectly into the village of Crillon le Brave and offers a perfectly authentic setting. This hotel in Vaucluse immediately gives you the impression of stepping back in time! This unusual complex is made up of 17th- and 18th-century buildings connected by stone galleries, small squares, and narrow streets lined with dry stone walls typical of the region, overgrown with vines and climbing plants. Architect Charles Zana has created a very contemporary version of Provençal style for the 26 rooms and 17 suites, some of which have terraces and are all different. Simplicity is the order of the day here, with delicate shades of white, beige, cream, and ivory, and natural materials such as Crillon stone, slate, antique parquet flooring, and terracotta tiles. In the kitchen, Thomas Lesage is the chef at La Table du Ventoux restaurant. His cuisine is a true tribute to the richness of the cultures he has explored, making each dish an authentic and creative expression of local treasures.
