While they are keen to make the most of local resources in the kitchen, they have also set themselves a zero-waste target for the hikers' packed lunches. No disposable packaging! Cheeses from Queyras, cured meats from the Hautes-Alpes, home-made cakes and salads, everything can be transported in reusable boxes.
