Located in the commune of Saint-Véran, La Baïta du Loup is home to a hotel, restaurant and gîte d'étape.
This former sheepfold has been beautifully renovated to provide a beautiful space for hikers. With 2 dormitories and 3 bedrooms, the gîte section welcomes the many travelers who explore the Queyras on foot, cross-country skis or snowshoes.
Enjoying a privileged and protected natural setting, Félicie and François are keen to limit their environmental impact. While they are keen to make the most of local resources in the kitchen, they have also set themselves a zero-waste target for the hikers' packed lunches. No disposable packaging! Cheeses from Queyras, cured meats from the Hautes-Alpes, home-made cakes and salads, everything can be transported in reusable boxes.
