From its bourgeois origins as the former home of Senator Louis Sigallas and the famous actor and playwright Sacha Guitry, Château Rose went through turbulent years before sinking into oblivion. Today, it is reborn as a hotel restaurant.

A legendary address with a fascinating past, Le Château Rose is embarking on a new era by transforming itself into a prestigious hotel combining timeless heritage, architectural elegance and contemporary boldness. Pascal Ranger, a leading figure in the hotel and restaurant industry and founder of more than a hundred Parisian cafés, was seduced by the estate's exceptional location, perched on the heights of Grimaud and offering enchanting views over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. He entrusted the architect Arnaud Sequier with the transformation of the property.

Working alongside his wife Sylvie Ranger, who is responsible for the design and layout of the 18 rooms and various areas, the entrepreneur has created a unique setting that is an invitation to well-being, sophistication and escape. ‘With a gentle approach, we have harmonised styles, materials and nuances to fully respect the soul of the place’, explains this creator of worlds.
