L'Asphodèle is a charming ecological gîte d'étape et de séjour, located at an altitude of 1050 m, with its restaurant and its organic-vegetarian cuisine. Courses and training on well-being, cooking classes on site.

The gîte has a capacity of 18 people divided into 6 rooms of 6, 4, 3 and 2 people with sanitary facilities included in the rooms.
The ecogîte is located on a Natura 2000 site, at the start of numerous hikes and on the Saint Jacques de Compostelle trail (GR 653d). The rental can be done by the night, by the week.
We offer full-board accommodation for groups on personal development and well-being themes in our 70m² training room.

Whether you are discovering yourself or on holiday, come and enjoy a pleasant stay at the Asphodèle.

Cooking classes:
Discover a thousand and one ways of accommodating organic products, creating tasty and beautiful-looking cuisine, as well as the main principles of balanced nutrition and low animal protein.

These simple and joyful workshops can be adapted to your requests: vegetarian, soy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, gluten-free cooking.

I offer two formulas:
1 course of 2h30 at the rate of 30 € (with meal +10 €)
1 course of 3h30 at the rate of 40 € (with meal +10 €)

The gîte L'Asphodèle symbolizes Christophe's commitment to a world more respectful of nature. In a former sheepfold, he has set up a living space featuring an organic and vegetarian restaurant, a yoga practice area and 6 guest rooms. Located in an Alpine village at an altitude of 1,060 m, the gîte enjoys a sublime view of the Céüse mountain range. Although restored with respect for tradition, using healthy materials such as lime and wood, the renovation has been modernized with solar panels for hot water and high-performance insulation. During a stay at l'Asphodèle, after a day out on the hiking trails, a sitting area under the stone vaults welcomes you around a wood-burning stove.
