Our gîte is located in the hamlet of Les Gourniers de Réallon, at the foot of the Ecrins mountains and above Lake Serre-Ponçon.

In our establishment, you can enjoy: - the friendly atmosphere of a modern wooden mountain chalet, close to unspoilt nature - a large, convivial living room, with a Finnish stove. This is the main living area of our gîte, and is enhanced by a terrace - with a capacity of 42 people (5 bedrooms with mezzanines for 5 to 7 people, 4 bedrooms for 2 to 4 people). One room is accessible for people with reduced mobility - rooms all equipped with sanitary facilities and shower room. Bed linen, duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases are provided. - the Accueil Velo label, for dedicated services for cyclists and mountain bikers - our restaurant "La Cantine des Gourniers", where you can enjoy our cuisine based on the gîte's own produce or local products, and of course local culinary specialities. - our themed evenings, organised regularly during the season The Gîte des 3 Cols is a natural interlude in Serre-Ponçon.
